As a client of Soleil we always try our best to equip you with the tools & education needed to make every day a great hair day. This includes thorough styling education with each visit and the right product recommendations. For our color & extensions clients we make sure you are completely prepared after your visit with a client care sheet, there to answer any questions that might come up.

Product Policy

​

We love our product line so much and we feel you will too. But if after a visit you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased we will exchange it for another product of your liking. All non hair products are final sales only.

Cancelation Policy

​

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment we requires 24 hours for appointments scheduled for an hour or less & 48 hours notice for all appointments exceeded an hour. After two repeat late cancelations, late reschedules or no-shows we reserve the right to ask for a credit card to schedule another appointment.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.
